Portsmouth Yardstick Races
In order to promote racing within the PY class all yachts will have their race times calculated under the PY handicap system. The results from all races will count towards an overall trophy for best PY yacht and best IRC yacht under PY. Yachts racing IRC are not eligible for any other PY trophies.

IRC Down River Race
For down river races the fleet will be split into two fleets. TCC 0.900 and above (A Fleet), TCC 0.899 and below (B Fleet), provided that there are at least 2 boats in each fleet. If one or both fleets have less than 2 boats then the race will be sailed as one fleet on a common course and the trophy awarded will be that of the majority fleet.
Sailing instructions are available in the Brough and Winteringham Clubhouses.

IRC Upper Humber Series
There are four series. The Early (E) Series, Late (L) Series, Mid (M) Series and the Winter (W) Series.
The Winter series will be sailed from Hull Marina.
